The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing the warehouse for Ascend grades, including inbound and outbound flows. The main objectives are to ensure safety, on-time customer deliveries, 0% customer logistics complaints, ongoing logistics cost reductions and 99.5% inventory accuracy (on sku level). The position works with the Warehouse team, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Planning and freight carriers. The role will also, as the SAP PP / WM specialist, be responsible for supporting Poliblend’s Production and Logistics teams during the implementation of SAP with training and daily support.

The tools used and the tasks to be performed are as follows :

* Warehouse management module advanced
* PI / scanning or manual registration follow up.
* TPMS advanced
* Provide training SAP for employees - Key user for PP / WM module for the production and warehousing teams
* Knowledge of MES systems : NPPQS
* Training new hires
* Maintain and follow up Master Data SAP
* FMEA / SOP

Required Qualifications :

* Bachelor level in Logistics or equivalent
* 10+ years of experience with SAP PP / WM and Logistics management
* Preferably APO knowledgeable

Other Skills :

* Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
* Customer focused : deliver service in line with expectations
* Team player
* Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* Proactive and structured
