Responsibilities
* Position IKEA as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
* Create inspiring and functional home furnishings solutions that improve people’s lives at home.
* Use the store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement strategies that ensure a clear overview and strong visual impact.
* Recruit, develop and lead your team, fostering growth and collaboration.
* Contribute to the department action plan and implement range presentation and vitality initiatives that support business growth and long-term profitability.
* Identify and act on commercial opportunities, helping your team understand how visual merchandising actions influence business results.
* Ensure that range presentation solutions are implemented with high quality, simplicity and efficiency, applying global guidelines and best practices.
You will need to have
* Education in Visual Merchandising, Interior or Industrial Design, and experience working as a Visual Merchandiser.
* Ability to inspire, motivate and engage people to achieve goals and drive business growth.
* A proactive approach to continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and new ideas.
* A passion for home furnishings and a strong understanding of how people live at home.
* Knowledge of the IKEA Concept and mechanical sales system.
* Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
* Good command of both English and Italian.
