P MAW Search and Selection, is recruiting for a Company leader in the production of panels and laminates for the luxury furniture a /p pb Quality Manager Assistant /b /p p The Quality Manager Assistant will support the Quality Department and Manager in activities related to product certification, compliance, continuous improvement, laboratory testing, new product development, supplier quality and environmental/sustainability topics. /pp The role requires curiosity, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. /p pb Main Responsibilities: /b /pulli Product certifications (e.g., CE mark for construction products, FSC®) /lili Management of customer complaints and improvement actions /lili Technical and legislative compliance /lili Environmental, sustainability and product stewardship topics /lili Dissemination of technical and organizational information across the company and to customers /lili Laboratory tests and measurement system analysis /lili Process control and development of new products /lili Supplier quality management /li /ul p The role requires daily interaction with internal departments, auditors, suppliers and—when necessary—customers. /pp Business trips may occasionally be required, on the Italian territory and internationally. /p pb Requirements /b /pulli Second-level degree in Engineering with technical background in materials or similar /lili2–5 years of experience in a Quality Department in a technical role /lili Experience in problem-solving and organizational methodologies /lili Experience outside the wood industry is appreciated /lili Familiarity with environment, safety and sustainability topics is a plus /lili Experience with SAP or similar systems is appreciated /lili Very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /lili Regular use of email, web and videoconference tools /lili Strong logical skills, flexibility of mind and investigative curiosity /lili Negotiation attitude, patience, common sense and conscientiousness /li /ul pb Languages /b : Excellent English /p pb The offer /b /pp Our Client is a solid, structured and international-oriented company, with a dynamic and collaborative working environment.
