Our Customer Success Department for our office in Segrate is looking for a
Order Management Team leader – German and English speaker (f/m/d) (100%)
The Order Management Team Lead will have authority & accountability for organizing & tracking of all Sell-In Orders in the way to drive Customer Success and maximize turnover potential (company profitability) within the agreed Stock Levels. Managing a clean Orderbook and appropriate priorities to support strategic directions and safeguard target achievement.
Your Responsibilities:
* Create an effective working environment by building a diverse, committed and well-balanced team. * Articulate the business direction and strategic plans into team and individual goals, emphasizing the customer focus to ensure alignment and clarity to all team-members on how they can contribute to the team and business success by means of sharing the priorities & initiatives
* Be responsible for the appraisal process to underline and ensure team and individual development and career planning for all team-members
* Demonstrate, integrate and replicate the defined “Journey of Excellence” in the daily operations - with the teams, key stakeholders and Customers
* Manage pro-active track of Orders and processes that are needed for fulfillment stage
* Drive clean Orderbook flows, including Process and System flows to support flawless execution according to defined priorities, having the maximization of turnover within the agreed stock levels in mind
* Ensure policies & procedures such as cancellations, returns, holds (reserved stock) are in place and followed up with all relevant key stakeholders (e.g., CS, Sales, B&M, Finance) and support development of respective policies
* Manage Orderbook changes according to central decisions and local needs
* Initiate and lead process improvements and implementation in the daily order management operations
* Partnering with other parties to drive automation of processes
* Partnering cross-functional with Finance and Sales to resolve Credit issues and minimize Backorders
* Build and maintain an excellent relationship with the national accounts and ensure an active communication flow with the sales account team
* Manage business analysis as basis for Order Management Operations and future improvement strategies
* Monitoring data integrity and validation
* Manage Order Management performance monitoring & controlling according to defined KPIs including proper root cause analysis and application of countermeasures
* Identification and resolution of system failures; ensuring all issues are raised according to the company policies and resolved within the agreed service level
* Actively provide training and support to new & existing team members
Your ideal profile:
* At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in an order management environment
* You have great communication and leadership skill: a person able to manage people located in different countries
* Bachelor’s Degree
* You are fluent in English, Italian and German. French is a nice to have
* Knowledge of Excel (must have), SAP (must have), Power BI (nice to have), Salesforce (nice to have)
* An organized professional, able to use the time, energy, and resources in an effective way to achieve the objectives
* Willingness to travel when required (approximately 4 to 5 times per year across Europe, for a few days each time – potentially to the UK, France, or Spain)
