This position reports to the Senior Engineering Manager and involves converting customer orders for Medium Voltage switchgear into drawings and BOMs that meet customer requirements. Daily technical discussions with customers ensure timely project execution in line with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
* Supporting project managers with claims, customer specifications, and safety standards.
* Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent service at all project stages.
* Selecting appropriate electrical equipment.
* Resolving technical issues and addressing customer questions regarding products.
* Collaborating with operations and quality departments to develop management and communication skills.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electromechanical, Control, or Automation Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience as a project engineer in electrical distribution with medium voltage switchgear.
* Proficiency in SAP, EPlan, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
* Intermediate English skills and a strong commitment to safety standards.
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, team-oriented, and effective communicator.
