In this role you will ensure high-quality HR data and accurate global reporting across the EssilorLuxottica landscape. You will work with global HR, IT and vendors to maintain reporting tools and drive data governance. You will oversee data integrations between SAP HCM, DWH, BO/BI and related applications, and support system improvements. This is a cross-functional role that shapes how HR data informs decisions across a large international organization. You will contribute to scalable, reliable HR reporting and governance that supports global talent management and organizational structure changes.

Govern end-to‑end HR reporting tools and global dashboards
Oversee data integration between SAP HCM, DWH, BO/BI and related apps
Perform data quality checks, audits, and continuous improvement
Validate organizational structures, job architecture updates, and global entity changes
Coordinate cross‑functional meetings with HR, IT, vendors and local HR teams
Support UAT, testing cycles and production releases
Maintain global HR reports and reconcile discrepancies across systems
Manage OM data validations, anomaly resolution, and refresh of org apps
Lead enhancement requests and communicate system changes and impacts
Support access governance, roles and security checks with IT Security
Responsabilità
Master's Degree in relevant field and 3+ years in HRIS/HR reporting or HR data governance in large international companies xjrgpwk
Strong SAP HCM (PA/OM) expertise: infotypes, job architecture, structures
Advanced Excel and data analysis; BO/BI proficiency; understanding of DWH and HR data models
Experience with data quality, audits, and system reconciliation
Knowledge of SAP-DWH mapping, job level logic, employee groups and contract types
Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors and HR digital tools
Proactive, able to handle pressure and multiple priorities; strong cross‑functional collaboration
