Position Snapshot - Nestlé in Italy, Milan headquarters - Permanent contract - Datacenter & Cloud Function within Nestlé Global IT Hub - Full-time work on location with optional remote working - Preferably bachelor's degree in business (IT management), engineering or IT - 6 - 10 years of overall experience in IT, of which the last 3 years spent in program and projects management experience, including the agile methodology - Fluent in English Position Summary In this role you will support the Product Group Managers and Product Managers for a project roll-out and IT product integration with our globally and regionally managed businesses to secure product adoption. You will be responsible to operationally decrease the complexity of working with IT from the IT Consumer and Customer point of view. You will also facilitate the collaboration and value delivery across all Product Managers and IT teams and across multiple IT Consumers and Customer teams. The position includes coordinating meetings, interactions, and communications with multiple IT Product Groups to provide IT Consumers and Customers with a consistent and effective experience in working with IT. It involves providing transparent and timely communications on progress and issues when large changes are defined across multiple functions and business teams, when they are roll-out or when disruptions happen. A Day in the Life as Service Integration & Project Manager - Understands deeply IT Consumer and Customer objectives, goals, challenges, and needs; - Understands both business end-to-end flows and ways of working as well as roles and organization; - Develops and sustains strong relationships with the business - designated IT Customers and acts as the operation liaison and advisor between IT teams and the business in close relation with all IT Consumers and IT facing roles from Business, such as Market IT Managers; - Coordinates operational value delivery End to End and seamless integration between product groups and other IT teams during the whole life cycle of the product; - Understands deeply the IT portfolio implemented or planned for the Datacenter and Cloud scope and the associated expected, delivered and perceived business value; - Facilitates issue / problem diagnosis and resolution, supports crisis management and maintains proactive risk mitigation and plans for the Datacenter and Cloud products; - Maps and monitors dependencies across the various initiatives of the Datacenter and Cloud Product Groups and conducts proactive business impact analysis and risk assessment; - Participates in end-to-end multi-supplier integration delivery reviews to proactively mitigate risks in relation with Partner Relationship Management to guaranty maximum value for the IT Customers in scope; - Delivers projects business cases providing budget planning and benefit realization for the engagements being managed; - Ensure that project management methodology, tools and templates are consistently applied including but not limited to the agile methodology; - Act as a Scrum Master for one or more initiatives at the time. What will make you successful - Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field - 6 - 10 years of overall experience in IT, of which the last 3 years spent in program and projects management experience, including the agile methodology - Experience with one or more agile project management methodologies - Excellent communication skills (visual and verbal), and very strong interpersonal and influencing skills (externally and internally at all levels) - Managing cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way - Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams - Fluent in English
