To support this evolution, we are looking for an FP&A; Manager who will play a key role in strengthening financial visibility, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across all markets.

YOUR MISSION
\n
Your core mission is to turn data into decisions.
\n
You will act as a central point of coordination for financial planning and analysis across countries, ensuring that the business operates with clarity, consistency, and strong financial control.
\n
This is not a purely reporting role — you will actively partner with Operations and the Leadership Team to translate numbers into actionable insights and guide the company's growth with discipline and precision.
\n
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
\n
Own and coordinate monthly financial reporting across all countries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
\n
Consolidate and validate data from multiple markets, building a reliable single source of truth
\n
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts across the group
\n
Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
\n
Partner with key stakeholders (Finance, Operations, HR and in general the HQ teams) to align on targets and performance drivers
\n
Act as a key interface with local finance teams and external accounting providers
\n
Continuously improve planning and reporting processes, increasing efficiency and scalability
\n
Contribute to the evolution of Business Intelligence and AI-driven tools, enhancing data accessibility and automation
\n
Support the CFO and General Management in strategic analysis, business cases, and financial planning
\n
Ensure strong financial discipline across markets, with a focus on profitability, cost control, and performance visibility
\n
WHAT YOU BRING
\n
4–7+ years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, or Financial Analysis, ideally in international environments
\n
2–3 years in Big4 (Audit or Transaction Services), followed by experience in FP&A; / Controlling
\n
Proven ability to manage and consolidate complex datasets across multiple entities or countries
\n
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
\n
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial xlwpduy systems and data flows
\n
Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data visualization (e.g. Power BI).
\n
Solid business acumen, ideally with exposure to retail, B2C, or QSR environments
\n
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
\n
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
\n
Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
\n
Availability to travel occasionally across countriesù
\n
