PpSet-up and control of cost report, maintaining a consistent approach to reporting across the portfolio of projects taking into account Capex as well as Opex costs. /p pAnalysis and integration of cost estimates and forecasts provided by contractors and suppliers, and support the cost estimating process. /p pEnsure changes are correctly documented, communicated to the business of the probability it will occur. /p pOversee invoice processing to ensure timely release of invoices for submission for payment. /p pReview the cost impacts of changes and incorporate impacts of approved changes into the project control budget and current cost forecast. /p pEnsures that the project cost report reflects the correct value for approved changes and that the forecast final cost incorporates all approved changes. /p pDevelop, monitor and maintain overall Monthly Project Cost Reports. /p pAd hoc requests for data, data analysis, and presentation materials. /p pProvides assistance to other Cost Controllers as and when required. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pA degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent is required. /p pRICS membership or equivalent. /p pCost engineering experience; working experience in one of the sectors: Industrial Manufacturing, Life Science or Oil Gas sector. /p pExperience being part of a team cost controlling on large scale projects preferred. /p pDemonstrated experience balancing and organizing multiple project or assignments. /p pStrong communication skills. /p pTurner Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
