Technical Sales Engineer, Central
Sales professionals with a strong technical background are sought to support the development of our business in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
We are looking for candidates who can stay current with product launches or transitions, maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, and develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs. Additionally, we need individuals who can work effectively with all facets of the customer's organization, including engineering, purchasing/sourcing, operations, product management, and quality representatives.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and have excellent presentation skills. Prior experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is beneficial. Knowledge of the Chinese language will also be beneficial, but not required.
This role offers the opportunity to support marketing efforts, evaluate market segment trends, monitor government regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback. The ideal candidate will be able to document market and customer findings and communicate the information back to the organization. They will also be responsible for supporting team members and peers to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
In addition to these responsibilities, the Technical Sales Engineer will participate in regional and international trade shows and support all product and business promotional activities.
