For our store at CC Esp, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who, in close collaboration with the Store Manager, will be responsible for: Coordinating store staff management, supervising shift organization and training, monitoring performance, and promoting growth. Organizing and planning all store activities based on priorities, seasonal needs, and staff availability. Achieving sales targets and collaborating with the Store Manager on marketing strategies, analyzing sales data and KPIs, forecasting revenue, and managing stock. Ensuring customers have the best possible experience in-store, following company values and service guidelines. Maintaining an attractive store environment, with effective product and window displays aligned with corporate directives to maximize sales and growth. At least 1 year of experience managing a retail store or 3 years in retail. Being a dynamic, proactive, highly organized individual with excellent multi-tasking skills, ambitious, and viewing challenges as opportunities. Experience in team management, development, and leadership. Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on sales data and KPIs, with proficient use of Excel. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience regardless of circumstances. Ability to identify current trends, report results, draw relevant conclusions, and recommend actions to the Store Manager. Experience in organizing, planning, and executing events to attract visitors and generate interest and traffic. Good knowledge of English, level B2. Previous experience with a premium brand is a plus.
