**Associate Scientist, Analytical Technical R&D;**
The Analytical R&D; with a 3-site organizational structure requires understanding of different organizational/working cultures/values, handling diversity in a tactful way. Understanding communication styles in various countries/regions and being able to adapt ensuring correct understanding, clarity, and effective communication to foster cooperation.
In this role you will:
- Participate in the design and execution of activities relating to development projects following the Quality by design framework.
- Work under the direction of scientific staff to, implement, and interpret the data.
- Utilize scientific knowledge and experience to influence technical decisions.
- Help to solve complex problems through collaborations with others, taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Prepare and presents scientific data in internal meeting within own Technical R&D; area
- Participate in writing technical protocols and reports in support of various project development stages.
- Utilize technical process knowledge to meet regulatory requirements appropriate for stage of development.
- Communicate effectively within TRD functional area and with other TRD functions.
- Communicate effectively with manager and senior scientific staff to ensure progression of project-related work

Qualifications & Skills:_**
- Minimum Level of Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in related scientific field with 0 to 2+ years related experience (US)
- Master’s Degree in related scientific field with 0+ years related experience (Europe)
- Area of Specialization
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific field
- Technical scientific knowledge and experience on Nuclear Magnetic Spectroscopies- Helps to solve complex problems through collaborations with others, taking a new perspective on existing solutions
- Communicates effectively with his/her colleagues and within other TRD functions

- Chemist with a analytical background
- Technical knowledge/ experience: proved experience in chemical research and development
- Good knowledge of
