QuickTurn Engine Center Europe, a leader in the aviation maintenance sector, is looking for an Experienced Aircraft Technician.
Responsibilities Perform maintenance tasks on modules and components of CFM56-5/-7 engines, including inspection, disassembly, reassembly, and troubleshooting.
Run regular maintenance tests and checks to ensure components operate at full capacity and that the engine is safe to operate.
Install replacement parts in CFM56-5/-7 engines that are faulty or damaged.
Create inventories of supplies, materials, and tools; maintain logs of materials and equipment used for replenishment of future tasks.
Maintain repair logs, reports, and documentation of what has been fixed or replaced.
Qualifications Must have basic mechanical skills.
Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
Pass pre-employment criteria.
Airframe and/or Powerplant certification is preferred.
±1 year of experience in engine maintenance; previous engine maintenance experience in the aerospace field on turbine engines is preferred.
