What you’ll do:
Oversee and optimize daily operations of high‑capacity extrusion lines, ensuring OEE, quality, and safety targets are consistently met
Act as Safety Supervisor, driving strict HSE compliance and a strong safety culture
Serve as a technical bridge between Production, Engineering, R&D;, and Quality during trials, material changes, and process validation
Troubleshoot complex extrusion and material‑related issues, refining critical process parameters
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools
Implement and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Train and mentor production teams in a continuous‑operation manufacturing environment
What we’re looking for:
10+ years of experience in large‑scale manufacturing, specifically within thermoplastic extrusion or complex chemical‑plastic processing
Strong technical mastery of extrusion technologies and thermoplastic raw materials
Proven leadership experience coordinating production teams in demanding industrial settings
Solid understanding of industrial plant systems (cooling, chillers, electrical installations)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage technical emergencies
Experience as a Safety Supervisor is a strong requirement
Nice to have:
Technical degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent)
Familiarity with ISO standards and internal auditing
