Quality Control Specialist We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our Quality Department at the Castelletto Stura plant as a Quality Control Specialist. The selected candidate will gain an in-depth understanding of our processes and products, contributing to the continuous development and improvement of procedures, methodologies, and quality control systems. Key Responsibilities Map the current status of product quality and process conditions in collaboration with the Quality Manager, Quality Team, Process Technologist and Production Team. Update and expand existing quality control plans by integrating new methodologies and optimizing procedures. Support sampling of incoming raw materials and packaging, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Participate in internal analyses, actively collaborating with the team to monitor results and ensure compliance. Manage cleaning activities in cooperation with relevant departments to maintain high hygienic and sanitary standards. Work closely with technical and operational staff to ensure high-quality standards throughout the supply chain. Gather inputs from Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Production teams, identifying critical issues and setting priorities. The Ideal Candidate Degree in Biology, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in structured industrial environments. Background in the food industry is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong team-working skills. Good operational autonomy. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be a chocolate lover.
