Cosa farai: Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the Industrial Relations Manager is responsible to oversee and enhance VST’s labour relation strategy guaranteeing positive employee relations within the organization. He/she plays a crucial role in promoting a harmonious work environment by addressing employee concerns, handling Labour disputes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. It’s going to act as Industrial & Labour law single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe. Chi sei: - Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations as well as HR policies & procedures - Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
