MISSION
As for the increasing of the activities and the department reorganization, we are looking to recruit a VIE candidate whose main mission will be to assist the LG Industrialization Manager in all phases of the Leather Goods industrialization process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Creation of the “Cahiers des Charges” on Excel (document defining the criteria for each model).
* Insertion of bills of materials into SAP (generates material purchases for future production).
* Monitoring the progress of prototypes and pre-series at external and internal partners.
* Ensuring the quality level obtained on prototypes/pre-series matches the required level.
* Drafting of Key Product Indicators (KPIs).
* Active participation in prototype and pre-series validation meetings.
* Participation in progress meetings with all teams.
PROFILE
* Degree in Economics, Management Engineering.
* Affinity for the world of luxury and leather goods and home office items (a plus).
* Skills:
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various company functions and suppliers.
* Organization, precision, reliability, availability, team working.
* Precision, attention to detail, and integrity.
* Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
CONTRACT TYPE
VIE Contract (18 months – 24 months).
