Overview
Ice Cream Payroll Coordinator at Unilever. This role supports payroll processes for the Unilever Ice Cream business with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The Ice Cream business is being developed as a standalone entity, with plans to separate from Unilever by November 2025.
Job purpose
The core purpose of the Payroll Coordinator is to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This involves managing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Payroll coordinator is the bridge among the payroll provider, the finance and human resources departments, handling the complexities of employee compensation.

Payroll Processing and Governance
Payments
Reporting
Salary split and letter production
Issue resolution
Compliance with tax and social security regulations
Support for annual declarations (CU, 770, 730, INAIL, etc.)
Leading payroll projects
Experiences & Qualifications
Master Degree in Economics, Law
Minimum experience: 8-10 years
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of payroll regulations
Very good knowledge of English
