We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented VENUE RESEARCH and DATABASE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping us create a comprehensive database of venues for our retreats. Responsabilities: - Conducting online research to identify potential venues for retreats - Collecting information about venues, including capacity, location, amenities and pricing - Contacting venues to gather additional information when necessary - Entering data into our database accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with our team to ensure that our database is up-to-date and comprehensive Requirements: - Excellent research and data entry skills - Good attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication skills in English - Fluency in other European languages is a plus - Interest in hospitality, tourism and events - Familiarity with Notion is a plus This is a remote, part-time position that offers flexible hours (15 hours per week). Although it’s a remote position, it’s worth noting that most of our team is based in Torino and meets up regularly. This role would be ideal for a hospitality and tourism student, or a related field. It’s a great opportunity to gain practical experience and skills in research, data entry and communication while also learning about the event planning industry.
