PpPardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new bProject Manager /b to join its General Contractor Team. /p pThe new colleague will carry out the following activities: /p ul liCoordination and supervision of retail fit-out projects; /li liManagement of the entire workflow, from gathering the brief with the client to developing technical drawings and supervising the construction site; /li liPreparation of bills of quantities, cost analyses, and support in preparing offers for the client; /li liMonitoring of project progress, considering deadlines, budget, and quality control, and resolving any critical issues; /li liVerification of compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; /li liSupport in evaluating suppliers, materials, and subcontractors. /li /ul pThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /p ul liAt least 4-5 years of previous experience in a similar role; /li liPrevious experience in a general contractor company, operating in the retail sector; /li liKnowledge of IT software and programs (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD); /li liFluency in English; /li liAvailability for frequent travel, with the option of overnight stays, within Europe; /li liFlexible and collaborative attitude, with good interpersonal and organizational skills. /li /ul pNice to have: knowledge of a second language is considered a plus. /p pPardgroup is an equal opportunity employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
