We are hiring: GenAI Creative & Senior Designer — Milan
UniCredit is strengthening its Group Marketing & Communications team with a new role focused on the future of creative production.
We are looking for a hands-on creative professional who combines strategic thinking, strong design and copywriting skills, and a genuine interest in how GenAI can support and accelerate content creation. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and technology, contributing to the evolution of how we design, adapt, and deliver content across the Group.
What you can expect from us
* Develop creative concepts and assets for advertising, social media, and internal campaigns.
* Produce designs, layouts, and written content aligned with our brand and communication standards.
* Use GenAI tools (Adobe Firefly, Google AI, ChatGPT/Gemini) to support image, video, and text creation.
* Adapt content efficiently across platforms, formats, and markets.
* Collaborate with Internal Communications, Social Media, Advertising, Data, and Technology teams.
* Test and contribute to the integration of GenAI tools into our workflow.
* Guide and mentor a junior creative team member
What we expect from you
* 5–7+ years in senior creative roles.
* Strong portfolio across design and copywriting.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
* Hands-on experience with GenAI image/video/text tools.
* Italian (native) + English (proficient).
