After 30 years our Night Auditor is retiring, and we would like to find a long-term partner to grow up together. The vacancy will open in February/March 2025 for a long seasonal contract, then it will turn in "tempo indeterminato" following positive feedback. Are you communicative and solution focussed?

- Check in guests, answer phones and manage reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Process invoices and fiscal needs
- Reconcile accounts
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits
- Be able to coordinate, prioritize and take decisions in case of need
- Maintain good relationships with guest and assisting them with their needs
- Maintaining and improving hotel standards
- Manage guest feedback and complaints and address them
- Communicate with other hotel’s departments in order to deliver high standard services
- Anticipate Daily needs and support colleagues in case of need. **Requirements**: - **Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, in big hotels with restaurant and strong accounting focus for at least 3-5 years, in italian companies would be considered a plus**: - Fluent in English is mandatory; French and/or German are considered a plus
