PTo support our internal staff in achieving challenging goals in terms of Group growth, /ppWe are looking for ab HR Recruiter /b to be inserted in our HR Plant team in Piombino Dese. /ppbr/ppThe candidate will deliver End to End Recruitment process: /ppbr/pulliUnderstand the needs of the business (in the different areas), including medium-long term necessities, identifying the best recruiting strategy according to the HRBP guidelines /liliRecommend and implement the most effective recruiting strategy /liliJob analysis: creating job profiles (if not present) according to the manager /liliDefinition of the best recruiting channel (ex. LinkedIn recruiter – web site), drafting and publishing the advertisements /liliAccurate management and monitoring of the recruiting process: from scouting and screening qualified candidates for open requisitions, to planning telephone interview and manage the technical interview with the managers /liliEnsure an outstanding candidate experience: manage active candidates through the recruitment process, providing regular updates and managing final feedback to the whole population /liliManage the recruitment for special projects (ex. new plants – task force project) /liliIntermediation in the phase of presentation of the contractual aspects according to HRBP guidelines /liliManagement of the candidate’s database /liliParticipate and manage the employer branding activities to recruit the new talent pool /liliProvide monthly report to the HR function and management (if required).
