PpHyatt Centric Murano Venice is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and inspire key areas of Human Resources. From talent acquisition and employee engagement to compensation, health safety, wellness programs, and special projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional workplace experience. This position reports directly to the General Manager, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a world-class hospitality environment. /p h3Essential Functions and Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct the recruiting, selection and placement activities, initiates and maintains relationships with outside sources (e.g., Union, colleges, student associations, employment agencies, recruiters, etc.) /li liOrienting new employees to the organization /li liPlans, implements and monitors the training as necessary and works closely with the HOD to improve employee’s skills and knowledge /li liResponsible to collecting and verify employees' documents and other tasks relating to payroll process /li liUpdate and responsible for creating and implementing internal communications /li liProvides project support through development and execution of key processes, events and initiatives /li liAssists in the planning, development, evaluation, implementation, and administration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures and their dissemination through the Human Resources policy manual, team member handbook, presentations, meetings, and other delivery methods /li liManage the administration, communication and reporting of the hotel's benefits program /li liSupports reinforcement of Hyatt’s Values /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liKnowledgeable of professional HR practices in Italy, Italian Labor Law, able to understand contracts /li liAt least 3 years of experience in the same position within the hospitality industry /li liExcellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with proficiency in Excel, and the ability to learn HRIS system (Zucchetti) /li liVerbal/written skills and presentation skills /li liExcellent organizational skills /li liStrong focus on training and reinforce company culture /li liAbility to balance multiple projects at one time and ability to prioritize, problem solving skills /li liExperience working in Luxury hotel is mandatory /li liHigh School Diploma required.
