General Description
Under the direction of the Director of Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers.
The Associate Director, RFM, implements marketing and sales strategies, achieves sales targets, and develops her/his team through coaching and training.
Essential Functions
* Builds brand awareness for BeOne Medicines and its oncology products in Italy.
* Establishes relationships with key opinion leaders, study groups, and key accounts.
* Prepares the market for product approvals and launches.
* Builds and structures a competent commercial field team in Italy.
* Achieves regional sales goals and manages budgets.
* Sets sales goals and conducts market analysis.
* Identifies developmental needs of team members and provides training and coaching.
* Provides scientific advice and support to KOLs.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Market Access, and Medical.
* Represents BeOne Medicines at scientific meetings and workshops.
* Leads and fosters a high-performance, compliant, and ethical team culture.
* Builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in oncology.
* Ensures patient-centered business decisions and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
* Life science degree with relevant experience in oncology sales leadership.
* Over 5 years of leadership experience in the oncology market.
* Proven success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
* Extensive knowledge of oncology, especially lung and gastric cancers.
* Strong network with oncologists and opinion leaders.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
* Fluent in English; computer literacy required.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
Education Required: University degree in science or business, with at least 10 years of industry experience.
Supervisory responsibilities include managing the local/regional sales team, hiring, and development.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
Additional Qualifications: Fluent in English, strong interpersonal skills.
Travel: Approximately 60% of the time.
