Job description
We are currently hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our store in Milan. The role will coordinate and lead the store team and related activities in accordance with the guidelines of the Store Manager, ensuring compliance with assigned sales targets, customer satisfaction and the image of Pronovias.
Responsibilities
* Business management
* P & L and Reporting: Based on the P&L defined by Corporate, define the monthly and annual strategy of the store (sales, personnel and stock) to guarantee the sales objectives and profitability of the business unit.
* Report to the Area Manager on the evolution of the store to provide updated information to facilitate decision making.
* Operations
* Supervise the planning of daily scheduling of appointments, fittings and tasks to be performed, ensuring organization of activities in terms of human and material resources, customer satisfaction and operational success of the store.
* Store stock management and follow-up of inventory results to minimize reductions and adjust orders according to demand.
* Organize and supervise after-sales (test, delivery, ironing and care) of the different dresses, ensuring success in programmed fittings and customer satisfaction.
* Customer and image
* Collaborate with clients to understand needs, offering professional treatment in product selection and acting as an ambassador of the Pronovias brand.
* Ensure a global store image aligned with the company’s internal policy.
* Team management
* Team organization
* Organize and supervise the store team by establishing and monitoring individual and group objectives to ensure service excellence aligned with the sales cycle of Pronovias.
* Manage and optimize team schedules to fit business needs.
* Inform and share with the team regularly about everything that affects store operations (products, prices, computer system, etc.) to ensure correct activity development.
* Leadership
* Attract and select the best talent for Pronovias; accompany and motivate the team to demonstrate professional excellence; promote an adequate working environment and manage problems and conflicts in a professional and impartial manner.
Qualifications
* We are looking for someone with consolidated experience in Store Management in Premium or Luxury Fashion; knowledge of the bridal or occasionwear industry is a plus.
* Positive attitude, passion for delivering an excellent customer experience, results-oriented, strong team player and good problem solver.
* Excellent communication skills; knowledge of different languages is valued.
