Job Description
1. Support the General Management in the strategy for business growth (new opportunities, new products) in order to increase turnover and profitability;
2. Develop and manage the commercial policy of the Business Unit by defining prices, sales conditions and relationships with customers;
3. Know the regulatory aspects related to certifications and the limits/requirements to guarantee the safety of the products sold;
4. Define annual plans for the development of products and markets, also developing multi-year projections;
5. Responsible for respecting the contribution margin of the products;
6. Transfer customer needs to the technical office for product definition and support the purchasing office for supplier selection.
7. Supervise all market analysis and sales activities;
8. Supervise relationships with customers;
9. Determine, develop and submit the objectives and sales strategy proposals and commercial plans to the General Management;
10. Propose business plans
