Project management & pmo intern

Position: Project Management & PMO Intern

• Support a Senior Project Manager in managing project activities.
• Set up and update Gantt charts.
• Participate in Stand‑Up and Project Review meetings.
• Document minutes of Stand‑Up and Project Review meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
• Assist in procurement and kitting of materials;
  create and update issuelists.
• Collect lessons learned and update project documentation.

• Maintain and improve existing PMO Automation dashboards in Power BI.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop PMO tools and processes.
• Create new standard tools for the global PMO toolkit.
• Analyze and propose process improvements for project management workflow.

• Master’s degree in industrial/management engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and leverage data for decision‑making.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data visualization).
• Good level in Power BI, with experience building reports, dashboards, and visualizing data.
• Basic understanding of project and program economics indicators (Payback, ROI, etc.).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
