The position can be based in Bologna, Rome, or Bari, with 10 days per month of smart working.The RoleThe selected candidate will report to the Regional Center Safety Manager and will be responsible for managing, performing, and ensuring safety assurance activities across various projects, defining and delivering safe solutions. Key responsibilities include:Coordinating all safety assurance activities on the projectPerforming safety analyses, managing hazard logs, and reviewing engineering activities from a safety perspectiveDefining safety plans and managing safety workload and planningSupporting tenders and teams to integrate products into projectsBuilding safety reports and safety casesApplying safety assurance methodologiesParticipating in and contributing to periodic safety reviewsDefending safety case argumentations before internal and external assessorsAdditionally, the role involves defining and following up on action plans to address findings from assessors.Educational and Professional RequirementsAdvanced university or engineering degree1-2 years of experience in a similar safety assurance role within industries such as automotive, medical, aerospace, or railwayGood knowledge of safety standards (preferably CENELEC or equivalents like AREMA, IEEE) and safety methodologies and principlesAbility to interact effectively with stakeholders in an international environmentResilient and proactive attitudeHuman Value is responsible for activities related to executive search and selection (Aut.
