Job Opportunity: Administrative/Condominium Office Assistant
Location: Trento, Italy
ORIENTA S.p.A., a Società Benefit and a branch in Rovereto, is seeking an Administrative/Condominium Office Assistant for a prominent client company specializing in condominium management.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing, issuing, and recording invoices, managing relationships with banks;
2. Handling administrative aspects related to condominium management: active and passive invoicing;
3. Communicating with German and English condominium owners;
4. Previous experience in a similar role;
5. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Work location: Trento North (TN).
Working hours: Part-time, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
