About the position:
Join us as a Shoowroom Sales&Design; Consultant and work with the premium brand, Bang & Olufsen. Be part of our dynamic sales team and help us deliver exceptional service and unforgettable moments to our customers in our Flagship B&O; Store - the world of high-quality sound and sophisticated design. Key functions: Conduct Consultative Sales Deliver a premium customer experience through personalized consultations, identifying client needs and offering tailored B&O; solutions. Adopt a Proactive Sales Approach Actively engage new customers and drive sales of B&O;'s "Staged" products by showcasing the brand's unique value and lifestyle integration. Collaborate with Interior Designers and Architects Build and maintain strong relationships with design professionals. Provide expert guidance on incorporating B&O; products into residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology and aesthetics. Develop Expert-Level Product Knowledge Attain deep understanding of B&O; and complementary products. Apply best-in-class sales techniques and solution-based selling to meet customer expectations and project requirements. Comply with Corporate Standards Uphold B&O;'s brand standards in all aspects of showroom presentation, customer interaction, and operational procedures.
