You will coordinate projects, manage data and documentation, and act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries related to products, projects, samples, pricing and documentation with timely and accurate responsesManage the project pipeline in close collaboration with Key Account Managers, ensuring status, progress and timelines are kept up to date in CRM systemsWork cross ‐ functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure efficient project executionCoordinate complex interactions with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across multiple locationsLead commercial and master data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across CRM and related systemsPrepare and support commercial documentation, including offers, quotations and tender materialsMaintain and update customer price lists, ensuring correct implementation within internal systemsPartner closely with Customer Service to deliver a seamless, high xrdztoy ‐ quality customer experienceContribute to customer satisfaction initiatives through proactive communication and process improvementSupport Key Account Managers with customer meetings, business reviews and presentationsQualifications and skillsBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldPrevious experience working cross ‐ functionally within a commercial environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in SAP and master data managementFluent in French and EnglishA curious, customer ‐ focused mindsetA collaborative, positive and team ‐ oriented approachExcellent communication, organisation and problem ‐ solving skillsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution#J-18808-Ljbffr
