What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Communicate significant trip details to vendors, suppliers, and other relevant individualsAssist the Regional Operations Manager with day-to-day operational activitiesIdentify and resolve problems in the operations process efficientlyManage financial tasks including invoice reconciliation and budget validationBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industryStrong knowledge of the travel industry and regional geographyFinancial acumen with experience in invoice reconciliation and cost controlExceptional organizational, time management, and problem‐solving skillsProficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience as a tour leaderKnowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or ItalianIntermediate knowledge of Excel and general computer proficiencyA proactive attitude with a commitment to customer serviceAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
