How you will make an impact
* Serves as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer base within the business unit, leveraging strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW Surgical products
* Builds and maintains strong, long‑term relationships with customers, surgeons, referrers and other key stakeholders within the assigned region to strengthen Edwards’ market positioning
* Drives growth within existing accounts by identifying opportunities, addressing gaps and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets
* Develops and executes annual account and territory plans in line with regional objectives
* Performs other incidental duties as required
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related scientific field, with a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the medical devices industry required

* Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
* Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
* Strong knowledge of own products as well as competitor offering
* Solid understanding of customer organizations, healthcare systems and market dynamics
* Proven ability to assess customer needs, address objections and clearly articulate product value
* Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* High attention to detail
* Compliance with all company policies and procedures, including Environmental Health & Safety requirements
