Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Employer to implement prevention and protection measures; assess risks and draft risk assessment documents with the RSPP.
Organize training courses on health and safety at work; monitor application of regulations.
Carry out inspections in the workplace, identify risk situations and propose corrective actions.
Monitor the use of PPE and correct application of safety measures by staff.
Manage safety and accident documentation; participate in internal HSE inspections and audits.
Provide support in the management of emergencies, accidents and near‑misses; analyze causes and implement corrective measures.
Requirements
Degree in Law, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related disciplines.
ASPP certification (pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08).
At least 2 years of previous experience in the role.
Excellent knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Proactivity and strong problem‑solving skills.
