Inoltre, si assicuri di leggere tutti i requisiti relativi a questo ruolo.Tutored by the Registration Office Supervisor, the intern will study and apply customer care techniques in order to learn how to welcome the students, teachers, visiting professors and guests and develop the welcoming and professional spirit of our Academy which aims to create a student-centered environment within our Campus.The selected candidate will learn the following activities:Assure a welcome service to students, teachers, visiting professors and guests giving the pass and the general information about the Campus and all services and Units. Execute the distribution of the student badge.Execute the management of switchboard distributing the calls to Units request and identifies the correct subject to forward the call or request.Support the Registration office in the daily activities in ordinary administration (distributing keys to teachers and staff, supporting with the management of Reception and Certificate email account, taking care of the lost and found objects.Support other academic offices in coordinating the entire flow of outgoing mail (letters, pony, couriers) and providing assistance to Units that need to send or receive packages.REQUIREMENTS:BA/MA in Languages, Communications.Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Suite AdobeB2/C1 level of English (knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus)Customer-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent interpersonal skillsCONDITIONS:6 months full time internship;Expenses reimbursement of 800 EUR gross per month + ticket restaurant;Availability to work on Saturdays if required.Workplace: MilanIf you meet these requirements, we invite you to apply and become part of our team at NABA.Please send your application authorizing the processing of personal data in compliance with GDPR 679⁄16.
