Starting with close collaboration alongside the Spare Parts Sales Team, you will gradually take full ownership of the quotation and order process, working with precision inside our Oracle EBS management system. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pIn this position, you will initially support the spare parts sales team and then will increasingly independently carry out the following tasks using the Oracle EBS company management system: /p ul liReceive requests for quotations from customers /li liDetermine their priority /li liExamine the request and precisely identify the parts to be offered, their ERP code, drawing number, their position within the technical drawings and bills of materials /li liRequest quotations from suppliers /li liDetermine the historical cost and sales price of the parts to be offered /li liDetermine the delivery time of the parts to be offered /li liPrepare quotations for the customer, precisely indicating the price and delivery time of the parts /li liTransforming quotes into orders /li liAll this while interfacing with the technical unit and administration when necessary /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in selling spare parts in the aftermarket /li liStrong knowledge of ERP systems /li liExcellent command of Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite /li liFluency in Italian (written and spoken) /li liGood command of English, both written and spoken /li /ul pAs a person, you work with high precision and exceptional attention to detail.
