DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLEFor our FSS offices in Limena (PD), we are looking for a Finance Assistant. This person will mainly participate to the administration of the swiss corporate entities (Payables, Invoicing, General Accounting and administration) and other European entities.. The Finance assistant also provides support to the rest of the team on a variety of topics (Reporting, Treasury). KEY CHALLENGESSuppliers and bank processing and accounting: Assist in the daily process for processing supplier invoices of 4 companies Assist in the Account Payables, travel Expenses & Petty Cash processes Prepare payment proposals to suppliers Assist in Bank Accounting and reconciliations Offer administrative support to the Swiss operations Prepare ad hoc financial analysis Intercompany and customer charges Assist in the intercompany reconciliations Provide invoices to customer (Intercompany and third parties) Manage cash collection from customers Manage accounting of Swiss Withholding taxes for intercompany services CORE COMPETENCIESBachelor or similar degree (major in finance, business administration or accounting) First experience in a similar role Excellent accounting knowledge / Microsoft / MSD Structured, with ability to effectively handle a variety of tasks and problem solver Team worker, reliable, proactive and flexible LANGUAGE PROFICIENCYItalianGood knowledge of EnglishFrench is nice to haveLOCATIONLimena (PD)Possibility of working in Lavoro da remoto for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
