Job Title
CMM Intern – 6-month extracurricular internship with the Consumer Marketing Team for Philips Personal Healthcare portfolio in the IIG region (Italy, Israel, Greece).
Minimum Education
High School Diploma and active student status/enrollment at university, college, or vocational education.
Minimum Experience
No prior experience required.
Minimum Certification
None.
Responsibilities
Transcreate artworks, technical leaflets, website, app.
Create, update, and translate presentation decks for internal and external meetings and sales briefings.
Ensure packaging marketing, legal, and regulatory compliance for new product launches.
Create media content for campaigns, including social media posts and materials for influencer collaborations, to drive consumer engagement and brand awareness.
Conduct category analysis and portfolio benchmarking.
Monitor marketing initiative performance and update results based on KPIs.
Support Rating & Reviews activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
Digital savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven: proficient in MS Excel.
Curious mindset, positivity, and proactive approach.
Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
Passionate about contributing innovative ideas and cooperating with different levels of the organization.
Customer-first attitude.
Additional Information
Note: This internship may provide opportunities to transition into our sales team; therefore, a candidate's interest in the sales field would be advantageous.
How We Work Together: We believe that we are better together than apart.
For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
