Overview Lindt & Sprüngli Italy is seeking a Business Partner for the SAP services of Production, Production Planning and Quality Management. The Business Partner is responsible for planning and executing the Projects, analyzing and supporting the Processes, guiding the Service, Incident & Problem Management in these areas. The Business Analyst will also be involved in managing all core applications operating in the plant. This role requires a good understanding of SAP solutions, strong project management competencies, and good communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities Knowledge and understanding of the following end-to-end business processes: production, co-packing/co-manufacturing, supply chain, production scheduling, quality management Lead the Projects & system enhancements, coordinating implementation of new functions & features Coordinate with global teams, internal teams, business users and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on tasks, objectives and deliverables. Monitor work progress, identifying risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value. Communicate regularly with various stakeholders and with the internal team to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement in this area. Lead the requirements’ definition and convert requirements into necessary functional documentation. Support testing processes (unit and integration test). Support Process Owner and Key User in the change process. Provide support to our business regarding strategies and roadmap planning. Qualifications And Competencies Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology 10 years of experience or 2 full implementation cycles in the S/4 modules listed below (or ECC equivalent): S/4 HANA Manufacturing and IBP or ECC Equivalent S/4 HANA Quality Management or ECC Equivalent Understand the interaction of production, supply chain, and quality management processes with other business processes, applications and SAP modules (mainly IBP, FICO, SD, and MM) Experience with Integration in the area like MES, SAP EWM etc. Extensive and strong experience with project managemen Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and influence business users, team members, and stakeholders at all levels Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering value to Lindt business Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required Proximity to the production plant in Induno is considered a preferential qualification Strong customer and quality focus Team and collaborative mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We Offer A highly passionate team driven by success A dynamic business environment with an innovative mindset An intersting working environment Partial remote working ICT - BUSINESS PARTNER OPERATIONS & QUALITY candidarsi in linea ritorno al portale impiego J-18808-Ljbffr
