Piper Maddox are exclusively supporting one of Italy's leading IPPs, developing wind and solar projects in Italy since 2003. With an exciting pipeline of utility-scale wind, solar and Agri-PV projects across South Italy, they are now looking for a Site Manager profile to manage the onsite execution of these projects.

Working within the Construction department and alongside the Project Manager and Engineering teams, the Site Manager will oversee on-site execution and ensure delivery to design, schedule, and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Italian IPP, with an ambitious and collaborative work environment.

As Site Manager, you will:
* Review detailed designs and propose corrections
* Analyse contracts and authority requirements
* Monitor works for compliance with design and standards
* Identify construction issues and define corrective actions
* Plan and coordinate site activities to meet timelines
* Supervise suppliers and subcontractors
* Manage material procurement and inspections
* Prepare progress reports

Ideal Profile
* Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
* 2+ years' experience on complex construction sites (renewables preferred)
* Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
