Synergie Italia Spa, a staffing agency, Milan Restelli branch, is seeking for a client operating in the telecommunications sector:
Customer Care - Help Desk Level 1
The candidate will provide first-level technical support to customers, handle assistance requests via phone and email, analyze and resolve technical issues, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Collaboration with the team is essential to ensure quick and effective responses to customer problems, contributing to overall user satisfaction.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
* Diploma
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in telecommunications
* Excellent communication skills in Italian
* Familiarity with Excel
* Good time management and organizational skills
Additional Information
Initial fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours/week), on shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00.
Telecommunications National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) - salary level based on experience + meal vouchers of €7.
Work location: Milan Segrate
