OverviewBanca Generali (www.bancagenerali.com), the leading private bank in Italy for client financial planning and wealth management through a network of private Financial Advisors at the top of their field in terms of expertise and professionalism, is looking for a PMO to be introduced in Milan office, inside Project Governance Unit.The Project Governance unit is responsible for managing the company's single projects and defining tools and standards for project management in Banca Generali. It also ensures communication and alignment inside the company, providing project and portfolio status reports to management and stakeholders.Responsibilities
Collect requirements and manage changeIdentify and plan deliverables and tasksEngage and manage stakeholders (internal and external)Monitor tasks and manage issuesManage IT test activitiesArrange meetings and project communicationManage and control project costs vs assigned budgetPrepare project status reports for top management
Qualifications
Master degree in finance, economy or engineeringAt least 3–5 years experience in project management in consulting companies or other banking institutionsKnowledge of project management tools and methodologiesExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeGood spoken and written EnglishAvailability to travelAbility to work by objective and solve problemsGood interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsExperience in managing complex projects
