We're looking for a Program Manager to help bring AI technology into our Quick Commerce operations at Amazon. You'll work on making our operations smoother and improving how we serve customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Create plans for using AI in our operations
- Build tools to help our delivery operations work better
- Work with tech teams to turn ideas into real solutions
- Make project plans and track progress
- Look at how things are working and find ways to make them better
A day in the life
- Work with different teams to create AI tools that help our operations run better
- Lead projects that make our delivery operations more efficient
- Help solve problems and make improvements to how we work
- Keep track of how well new tools and systems are working
- Work with tech teams to build useful solutions
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
