Supply Chain Manager Purpose of the role Ensures appropriate parts scheduling, purchase parts deliveries, and logistic flows to make materials available when needed, in line with company cash objectives (Services Business). Main Responsibilities Ensure employees operate in a safe environment complying with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies. Manage the physical flow internally or through subcontractors, ensuring activities comply with AZDP standards (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan). Ensure material availability through planning, procurement, and physical flow management. Optimize inventory levels. Coordinate supplier delivery plans for the platform. Manage team workload, priorities, and development plans. Manage material work packages to meet QCD commitments. Define and deploy continuous improvement plans according to APSYS standards. Ensure data integrity for efficient MRP operations. Report on supply chain KPIs to management. Participate in customer audits and follow-up on action plans. If relevant, coordinate Master Production and Repair Schedule, monitor schedules and shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or similar. Minimum 5 years of recognized experience in Logistics and Supply Chain management, preferably in an international company, with proven People Management skills. Experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Material Scheduling, Logistics, and Warehouse Management. Working knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP modules related to Supply Chain management.
