Responsibilities
1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team.
2. Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.
3. Analyze related data and assist in improving data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
4. Communicate with other departments and report product issues promptly.
5. Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
6. Attend industry conferences and events.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. Background in science; a major in electricity & electrical engineering is preferred.
2. At least three years of relevant work experience; experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
3. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong resilience under pressure.
4. Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
