Job Title: Territory Sales Development Specialist
The Area Sales Representative is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective implementation of commercial strategies. To achieve this, the successful candidate will need to possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the market and its competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth by implementing company-approved commercial strategies and promoting our products to existing and potential customers.
* Maintain and expand our current active customer portfolio through continuous relationship-building and exceptional customer service.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering value-added solutions that meet their needs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the tender office, sales specialists, and marketing teams, to define suitable commercial proposals and ensure seamless execution.
* Gather and analyze market data to inform product positioning and penetration strategies, enabling us to stay competitive in the market.
* Promote scientific events and activities to enhance our brand image and build credibility with our target audience.
Networking and Key Relationships:
* Internal: Collaborate with Tender Office, Offers and Contracts, Sales Specialists, Technical Assistance, Credit Management Office, Customer Service Office, and Marketing Lines to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
* External: Build relationships with opinion leaders, customers, clinicians, and procurement managers to foster trust and drive business growth.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Engineering, or related field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering).
* At least 2 years of experience in sales or application specialist roles within an IVD company, preferably in an international context.
* Familiarity with regulations and tender management processes.
* Strong knowledge of market dynamics, customers, areas, and competitors.
Additonal Skills and Knowledge:
* Basic marketing knowledge and skills.
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office 365.
Language: English fluency required.
