Job Details
As a member of the Pharmalex Italian Market Access Team, the Senior Specialist will be involved in the development of several MA projects (Pricing Reimbursement), mostly under the supervision of a senior.
Main tasks:
Conducting desk research on specific topics using internal and external sources;
Gaining autonomy working mainly with senior figures in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client projects;
Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid development of recommendations;
Creating sections of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables;
Fulfilling National or Regional PR Dossier sections; managing and populating Market Access internal Databases; monitoring AIFA website and decrees for drugs.
Critical qualifications, experience, know-how, and skills:
MSc in pharmacy, science, economics, or statistics with a strong record of academic achievement, or postgraduate (MBA/PhD) in Market Access, Health Policy, or Health Economics;
Experience in MA topics and projects (internships or fixed-term contracts), ideally in consulting companies;
Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and summarize recommendations;
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of the regulatory system for medicines and medical devices (nice to have);
Proficiency in English and Italian;
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
Good planning, time management, and organizational skills;
Ability to work in different teams.
