YOUR ROLE
We are currently seeking to employ an experienced and motivated Integration, Validation & Verification engineer to support the Galileo Ground Mission Segment maintenance activities.
The scope of the work include the following tasks and responsibilities:
* Perform activities related to minor and majorevolutions of the Ground Mission Segment Infrastructure .
* Participate inIV&V campaigns for the Galileo Ground Mission Segment (mainly software based elements).
* Upgrade theend-to-end integrated maintenance and troubleshooting environment
* Collaborate with operations and other maintenance teams forproblem management, system restoration, vulnerability management and handling of security incidents .
* Investigate and analysesoftware anomalies .
* Define and maintainworkarounds and troubleshooting procedures .
* Participate in the Anomaly Review Boards.
* Test and deploysoftware maintenance releases
* Generate maintenance releases data packs.
WHO YOU ARE
* Experience insoftware integration, verification and validation .
* Proficiency inLinux environments and virtualization .
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Experience inspace missions ground system operations or maintenance .
* Knowledge of Galileo or other navigation ground segment would be a plus.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in theEnglish Language (Spoken and Written) .
