**Your Role and Responsibilities**
We are looking for profiles interested in undertaking a new stimulating job opportunity as Service Manager. You’ll analyze and manage project’s risks, deadlines and time schedule as well as perform back office activities. In this role, your contributions and leadership will be vital to provide high quality to our customers. As incident manager, you are responsible for solving It infrastructure issues, for restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations.
